New Order Forms Coming Soon

New University of Tennessee Medical Center radiology department order forms will be available beginning May 1 on our website on the UTMC page and For Physicians page. This new form is very comprehensive and dramatically different from prior versions. It is highly recommended your office staff schedule a short, in office in-service to be educated on the new form and its features. An in-service can be schedule through Angela Bell at 865-805-9625.
